High-Pressure Die Casting
Our state-of-the-art high-pressure die casting technologies are engineered to meet the evolving demands of automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. We produce lightweight structural and engine parts, including crank cases, engine covers, cylinder heads, throttle housings and brackets, with superior quality and reliability. With five dedicated HPDC facilities, we offer high-volume production, process consistency, and seamless integration from tool design to final machining, ensuring a scalable, high-performance supply solution.

Low-Pressure Die Casting
At Sunbeam, our Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) process produces high-integrity Aluminium components like cylinder heads, inlet pipes, wheel hubs, and bridge forks for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. With dedicated infrastructure, in-house T6 heat treatment, X-ray inspection, and 3D CT scanning, we ensure scalable production and consistent quality, durability, and reliability in every cast.

Sunbeam's Hot Chamber Die Casting cell is equipped to produce high-precision zinc alloy components such as brackets and caps used in EV suspension systems. With integral furnace systems, this setup ensures faster cycle times, reduced metal oxidation, and delivers an excellent surface finish for complex automotive applications.
