SUNBEAM AUTO LIMITED deploys state-of-the-art CAD-CAM technology driven with solid-Modelling software (Ideas Ver.9.0) to design dies, tools and jigs with precision to create perfect die-cast products on CNC machines. High Pressure, Low Pressure and Gravity Die-Casting facilities to manufacture automotive components range from 18 gms to 5 kgs in weight.

High Pressure Die- Casting

The High Pressure Die- Casting Section has 50 Die-Casting Machines ranging from 60 tons to 1400 tons capacity from Buhler Switzerland and HMT. The section also has some high pressure first of its kind machines, which covers higher segment of components for the four-wheeler industry.


Low Pressure Die-Casting (LDPC)
The Low Pressure Die-Casting section too is equipped with best LDPC machines for enhancing the production with multi-cavity tools.

Gravity Die-Casting
Gravity Die-Casting section comprises of over 50 gravity machines to handle production of body cylinder heads, inlet pipes, case bottom tubes, as well as Japanese high precision Gravity Die-Casting machines for production of Cylinder Heads.


Tools
In order to provide precise finished components having accuracy in micron levels, the company has Four no. High Speed CNC Vertical Machining Centers (Deckel Maho) for die Miling Operations, Four no. CNC Digitizing Machine (Cyclone from Renishaw, UK), which converts data into machine programme for die milling. The tool room is also equipped with plano Millers, Surface Grinders, Cylindrical Grinders, Tool and cutter Grinders, Turning Machines, Vertical Milling Machines, etc., to manufacture complexed auto components.
